Eligibility

By using ElGrupito, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

Subscriptions and Payments

• All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user and include applicable fees
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will receive a reminder before each renewal is processed
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your subscription access
• Price changes will be communicated in advance with at least 7 days notice

Group Membership Rules

• Group members must respect shared access and not interfere with other members' usage
• Sharing login credentials outside of the platform is strictly prohibited
• Members must not change shared account passwords or settings
• Violations of group rules may result in removal without refund
• ElGrupito reserves the right to reassign members to different groups if necessary
• Group membership does not guarantee uninterrupted service in all circumstances

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform or servers
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting your identity
• Reselling or redistributing subscription access obtained through our platform
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Circumventing any security measures or access controls

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the ElGrupito platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of ElGrupito or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElGrupito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party subscription providers whose services are shared through our platform.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElGrupito, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
